Frequently Asked Questions
What is needed to open a new mailbox?
One of the required items we'll need is a completed Form 1583. This allows us to receive mail on your behalf. You can do that ahead of time or stop by, and we would be happy to help you fill it out. We also require two forms of ID; first form must be an official government ID with a photo and the second must show proof of current residency.
See below for acceptable forms of identification:
-
Valid drivers license or state issued identification card
-
Passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization
-
Voter or vehicle registration card
-
Home or vehicle insurance policy
-
Current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust
You will only need to show this once.

What happens if I have packages shipped to my mailbox that will not fit?
We are happy to securely store your items and will inform you via email or text when a package is ready for pickup.
Are you a P.O. Box and what will my address be?
We do not operate as a P.O. box. Instead, we provide a physical address that is ideal for both business and personal purposes.
Does it cost to drop off a package?
No, it does not, just come on in with your label on the package and we will take care of the rest.
Why do people rent mailboxes?
Individuals rent mailboxes for a variety of reasons, including the desire for enhanced privacy, increased security for packages, and the assurance of reliable package acceptance without the risk of missing deliveries.
What happens after I sign up?
Upon completion of the sign-up process, you will receive an onboarding email and text containing your physical mailbox address and number. You will be able to begin receiving mail promptly. If you receive a package, you will be notified via email or text. Packages can be retrieved during store hours, which are from 9am to 6pm.
How long do you hold my packages?
Standard hold time is 30 days, if additional time is need, just give us a call.
How many people can use a mailbox?
Our Mailbox and Key plan enables two individuals living at the same address to receive mail at a single box number. Each adult must complete their own Form 1583.
For our Package Only and Virtual Mailbox Customers, our policy dictates one user per box number.
What's the difference between a PO Box and a Physical Address?
A physical address is a designated street address that individuals can utilize for either commercial or personal matters. Businesses have the ability to register their operations at a physical address, allowing them to receive packages from various carriers. Notably, private delivery companies such as UPS and FedEx typically do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, adhering strictly to a policy of delivering solely to physical street addresses.
How do I get an Amazon Return Label?
In order to process an Amazon return AND be able to bring it Pack and Ship Business Center for shipment, here is what you need to know. While you’re going through the return process on Amazon’s website:
-
Give an honest reason why you are returning the package. If your return is due to something that is their fault (i.e., “too small”), then you will not have to pay shipping.
-
When you get to the question about how you want to ship the package, choose UPS DROP OFF POINT.
If you ever end up with a QR code, we cannot take those. Those must be handled by a UPS store due to the recent partnership with UPS and Amazon.
To reverse the QR code →
